All players are going to be photographed with no pre-orders. Parents will get a link with their player's photo to their e-mails to choose packages and individual photos. Digital team photos can be downloaded free of charge.
After you get a link with your child's photo proofs you will have a week to place an order. After all orders are submitted it usually takes 2-3 week for us to get, pack and deliver to your photos to the league. Digital orders will be delivered instantly.
Photo Days
Saturday, Setp 28th - Oct 3rd 2026. We will be photographing all players at their scheduled times. We ask that all players attend their scheduled photo time so we can capture all players in the same session.
Make-up Photos
If you are unable to attend your players scheduled time please come at any other time we are shooting.
Preview galleries
We are currently projecting to have all preview galleries sent out for review by Oct 10th. These galleries will have a watermarked preview of all the photos of your player as well as all the items and packages available for order. The preview galleries will also have access to the digital team photos which you can "buy" for $0.
Ordering
If you order by Oct 18th you will receive a 5% discount, A free team photo print added to your order and free shipping to the Club. If you order after Oct 18th, you won’t be able to take advantage of the 5% discount or free team photo print and you will have to pay for shipping to an address of your choosing.
