The Capture It Media team is so excited to be invited back to take photos of your amazing players again this season!
All players will be photographed with no pre-orders. Parents will get a link with their player's photo sent to their e-mail approximately two weeks after the second shoot day to choose packages and poses if they want to place an order. Digital team photos can be downloaded free of charge using the same link.
Photo Days Oct 2nd and 6th.
We will be photographing all players and coaches at their scheduled times on either the 2nd or 9th of October. Even if you are not planning to order photos we ask you still come for photos to ensure your player is included in the team photo.
No Make-up days!
If your player cannot make their scheduled day/time, please come see us on the other shoot day and we'll do our best to get you in ASAP. *Reminder* we do composite team photos so we dont need your player there at the same time as the rest of the team for them to be present in the team photo.
Preview galleries
We are currently projecting to have all preview galleries sent out for review by Oct 20th at the latest. These galleries will have a watermarked preview of all the photos of your player as well as all the items and packages available for order. The preview galleries will also have access to the digital team photos which you can "buy" for $0.
Ordering
If you order by Nov 2nd(Subject to change) you will receive a 5% discount, a free 5x7 print of the team photo, free shipping, and your order will be available for pickup in early December. If you order after Nov 2nd you won’t be able to take advantage of the 5% discount, you will have to order a team photo print if you want one, and you will have to pay for shipping to an address of your choosing.
