3:00 - U9 (maroon)

3:20 - U11 (grey)

3:40 - U11 (maroon)

4:00 - U15 (grey)

4:20 - U13 (maroon)

4:40 - U13 (grey)

5:00 - U15 (maroon)

5:20 - U17/19 (black)

5:40 - U17/19 (maroon)

6:00 - U17/19 (grey)

Capture It Media is excited to provide photography services to

North London Girls Softball Association!

No order forms this year, no pre-orders required. All players are being photographed in multiple poses and parents will receive an email to choose their photos 1-2 weeks after shoot day.

Free digital team photos will be available to all players to download from the same player preview galleries.

Photo Day - May 24th

We will be photographing all players and coaches at their scheduled times on May 24th 2026. Even if you are not planning to order photos we ask you still come for photos to ensure your player is included in the team photo.

Make-up day registrations

If your player cannot make their scheduled day/time at all, you must register in advance using this link for make-ups https://book.usesession.com/s/jfnlMAvwZC It requires $15 deposit which will be applied to your order. Reminder! we do composite team photos so we don't need your player there at the same time as the rest of the team for them to be present in the team photo. If you cant make your players specific time, we encourage you to come on the main photo day during any time slot.

Preview galleries

We are currently projecting to have all preview galleries sent out for review within 1 week of the shoot. These galleries will have a watermarked preview of all the photos of your player as well as all the items and packages available for order. The preview galleries will also have access to the digital team photos which you can "buy" for $0.

Ordering

If you order by deadline (TBA on photo day) you will receive a 5% discount, a free 5x7 print of the team photo, free shipping, and your order will be available for pickup at one of the game or practices. If you order after the deadline you won’t be able to take advantage of the 5% discount, you will have to order a team photo print if you want one, and you will have to pay for shipping to an address of your choosing.
